✅ Kanat Kobessov has all the necessary knowledge in the transport sector, has more than 24 years of experience in logistics.

✅ He is a certified expert at USAID (American Agency for Development), CILT (Royal Institute of Transport and Logistics), QID (Kazakh Association of Independent Directors), Member of the Board of Business Association of Entrepreneurs «KIT».

✅ According to the results of the open competition, he was elected to the Public Council of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Order 126 of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 13 December 2023), within which he works on the development and promotion of the transport industry of the country.

📍 Ramija Sarayeva will speak on the topic "Private Investments in Infrastructure Projects: Building Optimal Logistics Chains" 📍

✅ In 2004, she graduated with honors from the Eurasian National University. L.N. Gumileva majored in jurisprudence and in 2009 successfully graduated from the department of magistracy and received a Master of International Law degree. He is the author of more than 15 scientific publications.

✅ Currently holds the position of General Director of the Self-Regulatory Organization “Association of Kazakhstan Freight Railway Carriers”.

✅ She is a member of the Transport and Logistics Committee of the Atameken NPP, the Subcommittee on Railway Transport of the Atameken NPP, the Subcommittee on Railway Transport of the Advisory Committee on Transport and Infrastructure of the Eurasian Economic Commission, a number of Working Groups of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Key Event of Kazakhstan’s Grain and Logistics Market

The Forum traditionally brings together two strategically important sectors — agriculture and logistics, creating a platform for dialogue between producers and carriers, where new routes, projects and solutions are born.

Day 1. Agricultural sector and the 2025/26 season markets.

Day 2. Logistics and Kazakhstan`s transit potential.

Panel discussion «Agricultural logistics in Kazakhstan: from field to port».
