✅ Liliana Krutonog - CEO of MALBI-trans group and Managing Director of MALBI-trans s.r.o. in Prague, Czech Republic.

✅ Before that, Liliana held such an important position as Managing Director of RZDL Europe Kft. in Budapest, Hungary and CEO in FAR EAST LAND BRIDGE Group in Austria.

✅ In addition, Liliana Krutonog held senior positions in such companies as Rail Cargo Logistics and CD Cargo a.s. (Czech Railways), contributing significantly to the strategy, business development and intermodal projects connecting China with Europe.

✅ Mr. Ralf-Charley Schultze was responsible for five years within the freight department of the Swiss railways (SBB Cargo) for the combined traffic, the automotive business and the partner management. From 2009 to 2013, he was director of multimodal logistics within the GEFCO group, responsible for the development of multimodal business all over Europe, with a strong focus on Eastern Europe, Russia and Central Asia.

✅ From 2014 to 2024, Ralf-Charley Schultze served as President of the UIRR, the International Union of Road and Rail Combined Transport in Brussels.

✅ Since 2024, he has been the Director General of the UIRR.

✅ With a decade of experience in the international transportation and logistics sector, Mikheil Babunashvili currently holds the position of Commercial Director at "E60 Shipping Line", overseeing ferry operations across the Black Sea, connecting Poti, Georgia and Constanta, Romania.

✅ Mikheil's background includes roles as Station Manager of Georgia in Aramex, as well as different top management and business development roles in various international and local transportation companies.

✅ Gleb Shilov has a bachelor's degree in technical sciences in the field of organization and management of transport, specializing in "Railway transport, road traffic and transportation" from the Belarusian State University of Transport.

✅ He began his career as a duty officer at the Belarusian Railway station in Minsk Passenger Station in 2011, then moved to the position of deputy team leader at Sciapianka for three years. He rose to the position of Head of Business Development and Sales. In 2018, Gleb joined Railcargo in Berlin as a sales support specialist. Since 2020 he has been working for DB Cargo Eurasia GmbH, taking on the role of project manager for sales and customer relations.

✅ Artem Khachaturian is the Commercial Director of “UZ Cargo Poland,” a subsidiary of Ukrainian Railways. Since 2022, he has served as the representative of Ukrainian Railways in Lithuania and the Baltic countries. He has over 20 years of experience in the transport and logistics industry.

✅ Artem actively participates in international and industry organizations, including OSJD (Organization for Cooperation between Railways), FIATA (International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations), the Ukrainian Logistics Alliance, and the European Business Association.

✅ He specializes in the development of international logistics projects, the integration of transport corridors, and the optimization of railway transportation.

✅ Venera Vlad is responsible for Infrastructure business in Romania and Bulgaria at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, a portfolio of approximately EUR 1 billion of investments, including loans to local authorities, municipal utilities and companies as well as private sector financing.

✅ Prior to joining EBRD in 2008, Mrs Vlad worked for the Romanian Ministry of Environment as Programming Director for European Funds; in this capacity she developed large scale programmes, leading to EUR 6 billion investments in the municipal and environmental infrastructure.

✅ Venera Vlad is double graduate from the Engineering University and the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.

Her extensive industry experience spans infrastructure, logistics, maritime and river transport, and multimodal transport systems.

✅ Luciana NICOARA previously worked as the Sea Freight Manager for the South-East Cluster at CEVA Logistics and was responsible for Greece, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine and Croatia.

✅ With over 20 years of experience in the sea freight industry, Luciana was the Country Manager for Safmarine Container Lines in Romania and then Head of Sea Freight for several leading freight forwarding companies such as Cargo Partner, Panalpina and Ceva Logistics.
